Most likely I can only take R2 DVDs (I think). What region is Greece anyway?
DVDs to take on holiday?

DVDs to take on holiday?
I'm going on holiday this weekend, and have heard the place where we're staying has a DVD player with the TV. I bought one of those CD/DVD pouch things that has enough for 16 discs, and I was wondering what to take

true it just seems a pointless exercise to take dvds with you, wouldnt it be cooler to go and rest in a resturaunt or such, even if it is a little more expensive.
personally i have never once stayed in a hotel, i only ever went abroad 3 times, to the same place, to see a friend and crashed at there house, so i never hadthe need to take dvds with me, they already had dvds there
but anywya i agree with what LD said or rather what Samuel L Jackson said, take trhe dvds of movies you havent seen yet,

The thing is if you turn that TV on you will end up watching far more of it than you plan, talking from experience. It's usually hard to resist the urge to not turn the TV on but a quick 5 minute look can turn into half an hour.
