Well as I always say "why didn't you fucking post about it then?"

. Bragging about something you've known about but decided to keep secret is no reason to feel clever ;

hey,

IFD sure cut some FANTASTIC trailers for their cut & paste jobs, most of whom were credited to Godfrey Ho. See if you can remember afterwards what the film was called.

The Carnival Is Over (The Seekers):

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qOrVq4DN ... ed&search=

Judith still has a beautiful voice even 40 years later, lovely song but very sad, a metaphor for something coming to end. More than just a break up, at one point I thought it was about going off to war, after all the singer says "We MAY never meet again", and if one person loves the other - why break up?
The Seekers would traditionally close their concerts with this song. You may have heard it when it was used to god effect at the closing ceremony of the Sydney Olympics in 2000.

1. Because hardly anybody checks this thread.
2. It's supposed to be funny and has got a very high rating. I wanna see these 12308 people who gave it an average rating of 4/5 rate it as high after they become victims of such an act.

It was a bit too surreal for my liking. But kidney-stealing (amongst other horrible acts) have been used in the form of entertainment before - just look at Sympathy for Mr Vengeance.

Wonder where you draw the line between what's acceptable and bad taste.

It wasn't in a way that was supposed to be funny in SfMV. It was the exact opposite.

Posted: **29 May 2007, 08:59**

I agree with all of you!
I didn't even think so far! Of course kidney-stealing is horrible.

I was only just amused by everything that happened before that scene.
