Doesn't seem like anything else is coming from HKL. What a waste of potential they've been

They are still releasing DVDs but mostly on their Premier Asia label now.

"The City of Violence" was only recently released, identical to the Dragon's Dynasty release really except for no commentary. The days of HKL releasing 2-3 titles a month is long gone though.

I finally ordered HKL's 'Wheels on Meals' yesterday. I still haven't seen this film!

I still have about 15 HKL's left to get. And practically all the Premier Asias - I only have 3 of those!

I think the label is dead so you should have time to catch up. :|

Yeah, just hope stuff doesn't go OOP before I get it. The oldest of their releases (in terms of when the DVD was released) is Red Wolf

They've been quietly releasing old school kung fu under their Ultra-bit banner which is marketing talk for no extras.

Nearly all of those Ultrabits have no original mono - just downmixes of the FS rubbish. A shame, because some of my all time faves are among them

HKLs still to get that I want

Fearless Hyena
Last Hurrah For Chivalry
Flaming Brothers
Iceman Cometh
She Shoots Straight
The Story Of Ricki
The Master
King Of Beggars
Red Wolf
First Option
Naked Weapon
Seoul Raiders

I didn't know that thanks. That is a pity.

Seoul Raiders is still £1.50 at CD WOW. I bought it recently:

http://www.cd-wow.com/detail_results_2. ... ode=269709

That link is the UK site with no vouchers added, just for info. Use the usual USA voucher link and also a $2 off code and it will be knocked down to $2.99 (about £1.50).

The Master is also the same price too:

Thanks for the links!

It's good fun, the plot is very ropey but it's definitely worth a watch. I was pleasantly surprised. The action is decent.

It worked fine for me. If anyone wants my copy for £3.50 it's theirs.

Doesn't surprise me. I haven't bought any of their DVDs in a long time. Its a shame, but they never listened to peoples' complaints about the quality of the discs, so ultimately I think they have shut down because they're not selling enough...
