You've quoted 3 films, which one are you talking about? :D But yes I will be getting Eastern Condors (nothing buy high praise for it).

I'll probably pick up Magnificent Warriors too (it will help to bump my next DVD Pacific order too).

Well that alone sounds very sexy but back to the film yes, should I?
RickyTheDragonSteamboat wrote:Like you, I've never seen OUTIC 4 or 5 but I heard they were pretty good. Also, a friend told me that Warner Bros. claimed ownership of these two titles. Any truth to this? If so, they should at least put them out on DVD or something.
I hear they're good too. I wish someone would put them out.

I probably could source a VCD but it only be unwatchable.

The problem with the HKL disc of Maginificent Warriors is that it's been cropped to 2.0 or thereabouts from 2.35. That's why I've kept my Universe edition. The Fox is 2.35 but has dubtitles and remixed sound. Again, I hope Joy Sales (FS) don't fuck up.

LOL! Just listened a bit to the commentary of "Crying Fist" and Bey Logan talks to Mike Leeder and he says, "Did you know that there is a 10-minute butchered international version of the film? But as I know Premier Asia, Brian won't let us down."

LOL!

Classic :D . I love it when he's witty on his commentaries. The one with Maggie Q (hubba hubba) for Naked Weapon is great.

I know I said I would get the R1 ;)

The Fox could be better but I'm confident I'd much prefer the remix and dubtitles to the Uni-crap.

Thanks then.

Pity it's now 1 not 2 discs, confirmed on DVD Times. Still hopefully it's coming this time.

The Revised art for MWIAG is shite. The original looks much better.

The New Police Story extras look pants especially for 2 discs.

Re. MWIAG.

I prefer the original cover art. The girl's face looks a bit lopsided in the new one like she's had a stroke.

The DVD has been passed as an uncut '15' btw.

What no Brett Ratner?

The disc stinks of a 1 Disc with 2 Disc later on, no doubt when the remake comes out or it's DVD.

There's no way Premier Asia have no extras from the Korean DVD. They'll have picked them up when they acquired the film all those eons ago. Back when all Premier Asia DVDs were two disc affairs and thus extras were needed.

To only include a commentary makes it almost for sure we'll see a better version down the line.

I bet the cover art has been changed so the original cover art can be used for the 2 Disc SE. They pulled this exact stunt for the original Grudge.

You're getting confused between the DD and HKL releases.

He's not. Ratner is interviewed on the HKL release of "Wheels on Meals".
