Barbeque question
How long do you cook spare ribs for using a gas style bbq? I've searched the net... some say 2hrs, others say 8mins per side.
WTF?! That's a huge difference. I don't wanna give people food poisoning for no reason..

actually bisc the best option to avoid food posioning is cook them partly first in the oven and finish them off on the bbq. you still get the flavour but reduce the risk of you killing everyone
but how long you cook them for...havent a clue

Hmmm, not sure about bbq on a gas grill. The way I've cooked them in the past is at about 350 degrees F for about an hour and a half. Since it's pork, you'll want to cook thoroughly, so 8 min. per side would have to be for high-temp cooking, which I guess a gas grill is. Sorry, not much help here.

You sick pervert. Stop rubbing your meat on a Barbie! Poor Kenbradavon wrote:How long for? Me 13-15 years I'm not sure exactly. I think it was 13 years.
Meat on a Barbie does smell good there's no denying that.
