Looks like HKL's deal with Cinema City means Media Asia transfers only - some of the CC films HKL acquired are not currently owned by Fortune Star

What does this mean sorry? Can't HKL choose what master to use from the deals they've struck?

City on Fire and ABT2 are both owned by Fortune Star.

I'm just guessing because the licence on the discs says Cinema City rather than Star TV and since the HKL DVDs since the FS deal have been HD prints besides the Cinema City films

Are we talking about ABT2 or COF? You must mean COF surely.

Which CC sourced DVDs have HKL released since the FS deal? I only know of COF.

1. Insert disc.
2. Find image you want to capture.
3. Pause.
4. Click capture tool.
5. Locate captured bitmap.
6. Open into Paint/Image program
7. Resize to 720x404
8. Save as jpeg.
9. Upload to your webspace on Bullets
10. Post images in dedicated thread.

I'll match what yours with Mega Star caps.

Start a new thread of course. You use Paint Mark? Surely not, it's uber rubbish and really screws with photos.

Free I don't know but more than likely, do a Google search. There has been a different program with virtually every version of MS Office mind you, they seem to buy out a new Photo company each time Office is released.

If you have Office there's bound to be a suitable program there. All it needs to be able to do is open Bitmaps/JPEGS, resize the image and save out as JPEG. MS Paint (free with all versions of Windows) hasn't been updated since the days of Windows 3.1 which would be fine for what it's used for EXCEPT it has the habit of saving photos at odd resolutions with annoying white borders around them.

Microsoft Digital Image Suite is Microsoft's proper Photo program (it used to be called Picture IT) which is decent but most like Adobe Photoshop and of course there is Corel Photo-Paint (my fave).

The Capture tool is part of PowerDVD, to be precise I think it's just an option. I don't use PowerDVD as I never ever play DVDs on my PC so I've no need for it. I use Media Player Classic for capturing.

You should press the C key. It then saves the image into a cyberlink map, somewhere on your HD. In my case the map is somewhere in My Documents or something...

WINDVD is press 'p' and the .bmp is saved in a captures folder within the WINDVD folder.

Powecinema has a clickable tool for captures and puts them in My Pictures. Most convenient.
