That Hapiko cover looks great, very 1970's Kung fu.

I already have Dreadnaught but I'm looking forward to Hapkido. The cover looks pretty decent, though a bit too modern.

the trailers were nice, but the Hapkido cover looks kinda "cheap", if you know what I mean.

the shot early in the trailer with Angela in the doorway has Jackie standing to the left. He's also a stuntman in the film and I remember spotting Lam Ching Ying as well.
Ohhhh yeah! He doesn't seem to get many prominent fighting roles in this era, aside from his Da Di roles

Oddly nope so thanks.
I doubt I'll upgrade so it doesn't bother me really. TBB is boring bar the last 20 minutes IMO (yes I know many will disagree).

I think the "Hapkido" trailer looks very comedic. With all the smiling faces etc. If I didn't knew the film, I would have thought that it is a kung fu comedy in the likes of "SitES" or "Drunken Master".

Maybe it will at least be a complete HK print - the old Media Asia DVD was missing some frames or something.

It looks like they tried to get the 70's feeling, but it fails because the design it way too "clean" and...uhm... modern looking. It looks like something created in the 2000's, not in the 70's. But like I said, it's not bad, I just would've prefered them choosing a direction and going all the way, not trying to mix 70's and 2000's.
IMO it looks like a combination of Kill Bill, Danny the Dog and Reservoir Dogs covers.

hey,
chances slim to none that the english dub with the word hapkido dubbed in after the fact (by a male voice over angela's dubber that originally just said kung-fu or something) will appear on this disc?
