New Line has bought the rights for distribution in the US.
I suppose they'll want to cut it before releasing it over there.
Still, they were nice enough to release the original cut in Korea.

He he thanks Grim. I won't go into it again why I (generally) prefer HK DVDs. My name's no Yi-longgrim_tales wrote:Brad cares otherwise he wouldn't have asked. Besides the HK DVD will be much cheaper I'm sure 8)
Assuming the HK DVD is uncut I'll be getting it for sure. It's bound to have decent AV. Extras for Asian films are a bonus to me.

Yeah I quite liked this one. The story is very simple in comparison with Bichunmoo but this works greatly in its favour. Couple of silly scenes in there but doesn't spoil it overall. Sword fights could've been better (Extremely mild spoiler: Unfortunately the first sword fight is probably the best choreographed, the rest tend to rely on close-ups and clever editing) but overall very enjoyable and re-watchable.sky75 wrote:I care too as I am put off by the high price of the Korean version.I'd also be interested in anybody else's opinion of the movie and the disc in general, or if anybody has found any reviews of either the movie or the DVD.

No some people like to acctually go in blind and not have the whole film mapped out for them, I hate knowing much about a film as then there are no suprises at all. If I can avoid crappy trailers I do, as they ruin most films.bradavon wrote:Some people are really paranoid. There's a difference between a plot point and a spoiler.

Maybe I am, maybe I'm not.I'm hope you're joking by mentioning that.
*Sadistic laugh*
Nah, I think that every important detail should be considered a spoiler.
Memetic's right by playing it safe.
