Obviously it's just hear say right now but if this happens, it will be a pretty big coy for her:

Re: Lady GaGa anyone?
Nevermind the theme song...
"There is time for months of negotiation because filming has been put back - partly due to the recession and partly to make the film 3D."
3D? Bollocks to that. Bond doesn't need such gimmicks. I don't want a Walther PPK waved in my mush.
Re. Queen. They get LOADS of praise, but I don't rate them much. Hence why I think they're overrated. Clear enough?

OMG! Bond in 3D! That HAS to be a joke. It better fucking be any way. Some films could work in 3D but some defnitely do NOT!
Oops coup.

Can't be worse than the seizure-inducing editing of QoS.

Bond in 3D? WTF! I can see some 3D working for animated films but not live action, especially not Bond!

Did you actually have a seizure or know anyone who did? No. So then stop exaggerating. It's no worse than the Bourne sequels which everyone creams themselves over.gasteropod wrote:Can't be worse than the seizure-inducing editing of QoS.

Except they have a storyline too
.
I seriously doubt Bond will actually be in 3D. Lets hope not anyway.

i'm far from a Bond expert but to me QOS was a really solid follow-up to Casino Royale. Decent action, fast moving and an excellent performance from Daniel Craig-what's not to like

Re: Lady GaGa anyone?
All present and correct but you forgot, it needs a storyline. QOS goes from action scene to action scene, with little else in existence. Which is odd as Marc Forster know how to create a good character driven story (Monster's Ball). You take the action away and you have nothing.saltysam wrote:Decent action, fast moving and an excellent performance from Daniel Craig-what's not to like
I do need to see it again but am in no rush to buy it. The Bourne style action doesn't bother me. I used to hate it but quite like it now.

GaGa has talent for those sharp enough to notice it.Markgway wrote:QOS has a storyline for those sharp enough to follow it.
Obviously it technically has a storyline durh. You cannot have a film without one, it still a shit one though.
Some would point the word "hypocrite" at Mark.grim_tales wrote:We've gone OT again

Re: Lady GaGa anyone?
Also Mark is exaggerating like Romero, Romero says Gaga is bigger than Elvis and Mark says she'll be forgotten in "15 minutes". Gaga is talented, moreso than reality popstars like Liberty X etc who were forgotten after a short time. That said, some reality stars have been successful and have longevity, eg Leona, Girls Aloud (if they count), originally they were a reality TV band but they've been so big that tag has been shaken off now. Also SuBo has been successful but can she sustain it?

I never said she had NO talent.bradavon wrote: GaGa has talent for those sharp enough to notice it.
It's topical and does the job.Obviously it technically has a storyline durh. You cannot have a film without one, it still a shit one though.
Who posted the Gaga-Bond link? You, of course. Some would point the word "hypocrite" at Mark.
Who first brought QOS into the equation? Podboy, of course.
Get your facts straight.

We're talking about Lady GaGa, how is it not relevant? You're the one who ran with it, as did I but I didn't waffle on about "staying on topic". Who did? You did.Markgway wrote:Who posted the Gaga-Bond link? You, of course.

That's an entirely different thread. You can't take a complaint about one thread and apply it to another randomly. Besides all I said was that video game talk bores me - and it does.
