Shaw Bros film: Bruce Lee and I

Post by grim_tales »

Has anyone seen this? It looks to be some sort of Bruce Lee bio-pic, rushed out very quickly after his death it appears (it was made in 1975). :?

Mark have you seen it? You seem to have seen most Celestial/Shaws DVDs ;)

Is Danny Lee the same man who starred in the Killer?

had this the other week and sold it on-utter melodramatic tosh.very little action it's obviously from betty ting pei's perspective, apparently according to this bruce saved her from being beaten up many years before they embarked on their affair  some softcore sex scenes but we are even cheated here as it's clearly not betty but a body double.lovely transfer though but one to avoid imo.

The new DVD is cut. Some of the full frontal shots are missing

I've not. Bruceploitation pics are at the bottom of my to view list. However as it's a Shaw release (if not production) and stars Danny Lee as Bruce it has some curiousity value.

Dear Lord, that has to be one of the most bizzare, most surreal, most amazing films ever! I have it on tape and it never ceases to amaze me. It's far from good but you can't help but love it
