What's the quality like?

Cantonese mono? Subs? Progressive?

I've been debating on getting it for the right price, but I already have the Fortune Star/Fox R1 of it.

The Fox DVD was a 2.0 downmix.

I'm hoping Shout Factory got proper mono.

That's a tough one. It's one of those things that you tend to know it when you hear it. If the Foley sounds 'off' compared to the dialogue (too modern, distracting) or there are feint surrounds (although the latter can just be sloppy dual channel leakage).

typical Shout! packaging..no mention of the mono track on the specs and they list the movie as 2:35:1
