I think it's because
a) most people follow him as actor, not as director... everyone has seen Dirty Harry and the Leone films, but they're not included here.
b) he's made so many films that in a lot of pairs (in this cup) people have only seen one film... or am I the only one who only votes when I've seen both?

I only vote when i've seen both.

And i'm surprised by how few I've seen too. And I do think it is cause I've seen more of his stuff as an actor rather than a director.

I've seen The Changeling, that is it.
