Couldn't you just have picked 4 more of his films and had 8 ties to start with? Cause now, I've not seen Dragon Lord of 1911, so can't fairly vote in either of those ties... and what I consider his best films aren't even in play!! The list needs Police Story 3, Meals On Wheels, City Hunter, Drunken Master 1 & 2, Dragons Forever...
Anyway, of the ones in play...

Recently re-watched all of these (except 1911) so they're still quite fresh in my mind, which made the choices so much harder.

PS2 has a special place in my heart actually, think it was the first time I watched JC in the original language - (it was a Channel 4 viewing)

I found "Operation Condor v Who Am I" tough as well, both are great fun films!
