Toshiro Mifune boxset coming soon to R2

Anyone come across this? A boxset containing 3 Mifune movies - Sword of Doom (which incidentally Criterion have), Samurai Assassin and Samurai Rebellion.

Any word on transfers and things? I don't think they'll be as good as Criterion's Sword of Doom (I'm only speculating as I haven't seen that! :D ) would be but still, this is a cheaper alternative.
