This is schweet news, but I'm highly doubting the existence of any English subs. I don't believe than any Japanese release of a Godzilla film has yet had English subs.

Nah, the yen is way too high (even against GBP and Euro). Best to wait for the eventual HK R3 which is bound to have English subs (on the film anyway).

The only reason I'd see this is becuz Kitamura was at helm. I enjoyed Versus (his only film I've seen), 'twas a fun brainless popcorn flick with well directed action. Felt like Evil Dead 2 crossed with Devil May Cry.
