Great VHS, DVD, BD cover arts

Post by HungFist »

Found a nice blog (not work safe) a few days ago... and some of the old JP VHS covers there really made me think that if I ran into something like this in a video rental shop I really woundn't have to think twice what I'm getting...

DVD era isn't totally free of merits either: the cover for Sogo Ishii's Shuffle is beyond badass

Return of the Street Fighter success may be thanks to original poster design but it's damn cool anyway.

btw, Salty posted some great cover arts in this thread before

Great link, lot of filth on there

When I was in Japan this year I saw a shop selling VHS at 3 for 100yen! Sadly I'd already maxed out on CDs and DVD's and couldn't carry anymore home
