Terminator 2 for me. Great action flick, nice pacing, cool villain, etc. Havent seen the longer version.
Aliens was great too. True Lies is OK but a bit 'thin', and Titanic was very good the first time I watched it, but doesn't really have much replay-value.
I was there, the big BNB blackout of november, 2008. We lost many that day...
Terminator 2 easily, one of the most memorable and technically accomplished of action films that I've seen.
But T1 and Aliens are great too, landmark action films in their own right.
True Lies is a lot of fun, the fight with the Harrier jet comes to mind. Bill Paxton's character I found to be quite enjoyable, unlike with most people.
In all honesty The Abyss is quite boring and pretty forgettable. It literally turns into a Close Encounters of the Third Kind rip-off towards the end. I can remember the mini-sub chase with the evil Michael Biehn being really exciting and well executed, but not much else.
Let's not even speak of Titanic.
