Old Jenz CD WOW link which I presume still works -

http://www.cd-wow.com/index_2.php?affid=13858

Old Jenz Send It link which I presume still works -

http://www.sendit.com/scp/id/bulletbabe/

I have a few for DVD Times and DVD Forums which seem only fair we include here, until a proper Bullets one comes along.

Nope they would go to Jenz. I've mentioned it many times to Toge and he never seemed interested. Strange as it's easy money.

I've not re-mentioned it to Mordib. I just figured Jenz being the founder of Bullets is better than no one. There is a thread in the "future of BnB" have a look how many people replied.

How do you activate that 25% off Korean DVDs voucher?

I've never ordered from them before so want to take advantage of that new customer offer.

Yeah, Ice. I got to that page... but then what?

I think you need a member to send it to you, no?

I don't think it's still working as it says:

"2. 25% Christmas Gift Coupon must be redeemed by your referred friends prior to December 31, 2004. Referred friends must be NEW Customers only (have never previously ordered from Koreandvds.com)."

But the engine still works so you should now have a voucher. I'm already a member, you may as well try to see if it works. I've just send you one anyway.

I've only just noticed but the link also had a section for a different voucher to be posted in forums. If used you'd get 25% and I'd get 10%, doh. Anyway try this one to:

thread0019446246

FYI in future please post in this forum about voucher related stuff:

https://www.bulletsnbabesdvd.com/forums/ ... ic.php?t=7

Even if the voucher has now expired I'd still give KoreanDVDs ago. They're cheaper than Yes Asia most of the time even with Yes Asia's free postage. They provide good service too. It's surprises me how many customers are fooled into buying from them because of their free postage.

Okay okay don't get your knickers in a twist:

Firstly DVD Price Checker is a great place to start to find out the cheapest DVD across the regions (although only UK R2).

Secondly it would take to long to list the e-tailors I have in my bookmarks so here is a page exported from Mozilla containing them:

http://www.alexmccaffrey.net/misc/shopping.htm

The value in brackets is how much postage is on top. I haven't used all of them but can recommend most. I've only heard good things from all of them though. They are listed in my personal order of preference. Lastly all the affiliations are to either Bullets or more than likely The DVD Forums.

p.s - For the record UK is only listed separately as I buy from UK e-tailors far more than any other European country.

Ice Angel are DVD Sat and DVD Land any good?

Do you know how they compare to "Internet Bookshop Italia" and "Merlin" (Poland)?

I can't see myself ever buying from an Italian or Polish e-tailors but you never know. I've used Merlin to buy the Polish Piano DVD (DTS) and had Internet Bookshop Italia bookmarked because until the UK R2 SE came out it was the best version of Dune DC.

I like how you've formatted the page. Especially how it's in alphabetical order (i.e - UK and US not first) and listing it as "Americas".

Okay. I've used this lot and recommend them:

CD WOW
Play (R1'R2)
Bensons World (R2)
DVDpopcorn (R2)
Choices Direct (R2)
Sendit (R2)
DVD Pacific (+ $2.95)
CD Universe (+ $6.99)
DVD Asian (R0 - R6 + $5.95)
AB Sound
EzyDVD (+ AU $5.50)
DVD Crave (+ AU $3.95)
DVD Zone 2 (+ 4€)
DVDoo (+ DK34)
Amazon (+ 6.05€)
Merlin
Veoveo (+ 6.95€) - Cheaper than DVD Go but in Spanish
DDDHouse (+ HK $30)
KoreanDVDs (+ US $4.61)
eThaiCD

I've never used this company but the guy who runs it has always replied to my e-mails quickly and has been helpful:

DVD Koopjes

I've used these two and while I'd probably recommend them I would do so with caution:

* DVD Soon (+ $1.49) - Overall they're probably okay but I hate how they take an age (most of the time) to send stock and the lack of a proper refund (unless you nag for months)
* ThatzDVD (R2) - They sell second hand DVDs and are good enough at that but the quality of their DVDs can be pretty shoddy at times (not always). They won't give you a refund unless the DVD is faulty (if the packaging is tough).

Info on each e-tailors link please see my link above.
ICE-angel wrote:P.S. - If there are BnB affiliation links which could be used with any of the above e-tailors please let me know :)
I gave you two. Don't you think these are suitable anymore?

A good portion of my bookmarks link has affiliation links to DVD Forums. Personally I think A: The money may as well go somewhere and B: It's only fair to help them out.
ICE-angel wrote:Italy
DVD.it - Italy (R2)
DVD Sat - Italy (R2)
These two are the same company?

I wonder why the UK has so much more. Isn't the competition strong across mainland Europe? No Portuguese e-tailors you recommend?

Huh they all ship internationally?

If they didn't ship to the UK I wouldn't have them in my bookmarks or do you mean the UK ones? If so who are they? Surely they should still be in the list?

Personally I think someone should get the money it may as well be DVD Forums (who we al visit or at least DVD Times we do). If you want to add affiliation links so you get the money that is also fine with me. I agree ideally they'd all have Bullets ones but seeing as we don't have any someone is better than no one.

Besides if you don't add affiliation links no rediration is taking place as no one gets the money anyway. The e-tailor gets to keep more of the DVDs profits!

It's your thread though so I'm happy (my mod hat is off mode) for you to run it however you want to.

Which sites are they out of interest?

I only meant in the sense some may not ship internationally but are otherwise excellent e-tailors. I know some don't ship to certain countries as they've found people from said countries have ripped them off in the past. I agre it's hardly fair though.

Like I said it's only my opinion if you don't want to include them then fair enough.

OMG are you saying Play was at the root of the problems you mention? Are you saying Portuguese customs decided to keep some parcels from Play?

You're not missing much with DVDpopcorn most of the time they're to expensive and I'm not surprised ThatzDVD are local only. They sell second hand DVDs so I can see why they'd only want to sell to UK residents (they buy back DVDs to so I guess are assuming no on or very few people outside of the UK have DVDs they want).

DVDpopcorn have no excuse though.

p.s - Would you object if I split this thread? It's going off topic and could do with pruning.

You can also add:

www.dvd.co.uk

To your list. I've not got them in my bookmarks as they're to expensive most of the time but are reliable. They ship to most of Europe:

I've changed my mind after reading through the posts it's not really off topic

p.s - I thought you said DVDPopcorn didn't ship internationally? They ship to Ireland. So don't just ship domestically.
