Haven't had a chance to watch this fully yet,i believe they've taken a cut german print and inserted the cut scenes back in using a widescreen hk vhs.

USA 96:20 (NTSC)

usa credits run at least 2 minutes longer than the german print,freeze framing then running through the american voice cast.

So the full run time without added American credits would be roughly 94-95m? In that case I think I've seen this uncut. Mind you it had a terrible re-score.

the german disc has two english dubs-one awful cockney type one which retains the original score and one with a better voice cast but the horrible re-score Mark mentions.

Apart from the dodgy rescore (by an American band called Flood) the US edition is apparently uncut. Not that I've seen this in original Mandarin.
