So she's allowed to live with him but not sit with him in a taxi, just because she's not passed a criminal record check. She's his freaking Mother. Sure she is still capable of hurting her child but she lives with him anyway.
Are the council suggesting all parents need to be criminally record checked first?
My daughter has had to have all sorts of police checks from the age of 16 because she's a nursery nurse,i understand the need for vigilance but gets too much
