Fight Club and Leon for me. Leon is a must IF it's the DC. I don't want the inferior TC. I'd also be interested in Dances with Wolves but that may too be the TC and there is no chance it will have English subs anyway.
EDIT: It seems the Kinowelt
SE DVD has English subs (and both cuts):

I'll wait to see what Fox do with Dances with Wolves (and Fight Club), as I'm very reluctant to buy uber-expensive mainland Europe imports. But anyone who releases a copy with both cuts of DwW gets my coin.

Me too. DWW will obviously have to have English subs too and preferably only when Native American is spoken.
With a few exceptions I'm very reluctant to pay for French/Geman discs. Crank USA BD is £9 compared with £23 for the German disc. I'm sure it's better but talk about a rip off.

For those wondering the recent Dances with Wolves with UK BD is the Theatrical Cut and I believe barebones vs. the German BD:
Commentary by director/producer/actor Kevin Costner and producer Jim Wilson
Commentary by director Of photography Dean Semler and editor Neil Travis
Theatrical Trailer (HD in 1.78:1 aspect ratio)
Subtitles: German (optional)
Aspect Ratio: 2.35:1
Picture Format: 1080p 24fps
English DTS-HD High Resolution 7.1
German DTS-HD Resolution 7.1
Notes:
Director's Cut (235 mins)
When the English audio is selected, the Native American language is automatically subtitled in English, however there is no option for English subtitles for the whole film.
Note that an intermission is also included during the film. Intrusive subtitles informing you of the ability to fast forward the intermission also appear.

Pity it costs so bloody much

. The Leon and Fight Club BDs are likely to be the same as the UK/USA BDs.
