Zodiac DC - 8th of January

On R1 and it implies at least HD-DVD -

From one of the commentators:
For anyone wondering - the runtime is listed as being 2 Hr. 42 Min which makes it around 5 minutes longer than the theatrical cut.

Extras and cover art now online.

On the one hand that cover art is clever but on the other it's just awful. I can imagine so many people not having a clue when they pick it up in a shop.

I saw the trailer for this before "300" and thought it looked very good :)

It is very good and in a year of mostly utter tosh it's a relief BUT boy it has way too much detail. An odd thing to say in a a Hollywood world when we rarely get any detail at all, but by half way point I gave up keeping track of all the facts.

I got the gist of it but that's about it. Fincher made a mistake by trying to cover the entire 30 year case period, then because he runs out of time 3-5 detailed text screens are quickly chucked on the screen which I couldn't read in time at the cinema.

Like I said it is still very good though. It's nothing like the trailer. 7 out of 10.

I'll give it another go at some point but I'm in no rush. It's no Seven or Fight Club, or as fun as Panic Room.

Think Seven without the grossness but a hell of a lot of case detail instead. It's overall very good but is let down by way too much detail.

I'd agree with that. I gave it 7 out of 10.

You don't. I gave it 3/5 which is not 7/10, but rather 6/10. ;)
