Happy Times - R1 vs. R2UK/R4

R2UK/R4 is dual-region with both UK and AU copyriht warnings so same disc in both territories I would assume.
Both DVD's are progressive.

R1 Top, R2UK/R4 Bottom

The R1 is only a DVD5 and poor enough, the R2UK is less than 3.5GB.
