I ordered a DVD from play.com. apparently there is a problem with my card.
did they e-mail me? did they fuck. i mean what kind of retarded company don't notify you about payment problems? it wouldnt be so bad except that this DVD is essential to my exams, so i do kinda need it. im sat waiting for it like an idiot and they havent even sent it, stupid fucking twats.

they're cheap but to hell with them. not gonna use them again. retards.

Did you email them to tell them why didn't you email myself, In the past with play if I had a problem, they did email me. Its possible that they did email you, but there was an issue with the mailserver (talking from personal experience with online shops @ my work ). Why not just try to email them

AFAIK my mail server is fine. its an independent server from a friends website. and i got all their other e-mails ok. but i will try to e-mail them.

thanks i went and picked up the dvd at HMV today. so atleast i got it

but does anyone know their e-mail address? no luck finding it on the Website, and im not phoning them ~(i have an aversion to phones)
