Adrienne Barbeau was married to Carpenter for a few years. She's probably best known for having a huge natural rack and having a really husky sexy voice (which she put to excellent use as Stevie Wayne, the radio DJ in Carpenter's The Fog - which is a great atmospheric flick.).
She was most recently seen in the excellent short-lived HBO series, Carnivale.

I have a soft spot for the mediocre 1996 sequel too, it's meh Carpenter but far from being CRAPENTER.

Carpenter's best periods were the 70's and 80's -- mind you CHRISTINE was a bit crap. That's probably Stephen King's fault though. A demonic car? WTF??
