It's one of the funniest film I have seen in 2005. That guy is Benny the Cop. He thinks that he is in action movies all the time.
I don't know if an English subbed version exists. I have the German disc which is pretty good. It's so awesome how they stage crimes, just so they won't lose their jobs.

Uhm... as if you're ignoring me deliberately.

I mean come on... it's just what I have posted before him in this thread and it is not like we submitted a post at the same minute.

hey,
Josef Fares is a great, great new talent, all starting with his debut Jalla Jalla. Kopps is dead on funny, new and veteran actors delivering fine, foul delivery one after the other. Superb entertainment and Torkel really steals the show as Benny.
Josef then made Zozo (not seen it yet), part autobiohgraphical film about how he fled Lebanon and came to Sweden. Recently he was stuck with his brother Fares (who stars in both Jalla Jalla and Kopps) in Lebanon just as the latest conflict broke. Scary return. Made it safely home.

hey,
Hungfist answered the subs question. Seen this a bunch of times on TV, don't own the dvd yet.
Only the single disc edition seems available today. Goes for 59 SEK which is rather cheap.

Yeah! great fun!
And the nordic DVD does indeed have English subs. Somebody is thinking ahead!
So long, and thanks for all the fish!
