-Lois' child is Superman's illegitimate son.
-Lex Luthor uses a crystal from the Fortress of Solitude to grow a continent laced with kryptonite off the Eastern Sea Board, this causes earthquakes & floods in North America. Superman destroys the continent in the end by first super-charging himself in the Sun, uses his laser vision to cut in from the Earth's crust; finally he picks it up and hurls it into space.

Sounds ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. From what I've seen and read of the movie so far, it sounds like absolute shite which doesnt even come near the quality of the better comicbook stories. Apart from that the casting for this looks horrible.
I grew up as a huge superman fan, but I really cant get excited about this...

I'm sure it will be a blockbuster though. Most people dont know or care all that much about the Superman from the comicbooks (John Byrne's Superman), and will already be satisfied to see a guy in a spandex suit flying around and saving the earth....

But to me it sounds and looks like a shitty movie.

Yeah, but Byrne re-invented Superman in the late 80's I believe, which was where the character got a lot more depth, the stories became more realistic and mature (for as far as that's possible when we're talking about a flying spandex alien...)

For many fans, Byrne created the perfect Superman, very interesting and all that.

Elseworlds: Red Son is a good book. It's a what if story where the Krypton infant-carrying ship crashes in the USSR instead of USA.

I never could get that hyped about this film. At least with Spider-Man & Batman, those characters had vulnerabilities, but with Superman, the only vulnerability is some green rock from his home planet?

So basically at the end of the day you know he's not going to lose. There's no tension in the Superman story for me. Maybe its because I've not read the comic books & I've only seen the live-action films, but to me he's just not a very interesting character...

The current conspiracy theory spiraling around is that Bryan Singer plans to unveil that Brandon Routh is actually a big gay Jew like himself after he has made his trilogy.

In fact, Superman was invented by Jews Jerome Siegel and Joseph Shuster so they could make some more Jew gold. Which is ironic considering that Superman is the ultimate icon of Aryan racial superman ideology.

Also Marvel's Stan Lee & Jack Kirby are also Sons of David (also Marvel is run by super Jewish entrepreneur Avi Arad), so you contribute to the global Zionist Conspiracy whether you buy DC or Marvel comics.

Actually Hollywood and the American Liberal Media are owned/run by Jews as well, so no matter whether you see a blockbuster or watch CNN/MSNBC, you provide them with larger pounds of metaphorical flesh.

BTW I am a self-hating Jew so I can get away with saying this.
