IGN wrote:Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment is stepping into the gaming arena. While the young developer/publisher has previously worked on games, including EA's Batman Begins, the company is ready to build itself into a major force. A main piece of that strategy was revealed Wednesday at E3. Dirty Harry is coming to next-gen consoles in 2007. Coinciding with the game release is a re-mastered five-disc DVD Clint Eastwood's Dirty Harry set.

Excellent news, I look forward to owning remasters of Dirty Harry and maybe Magnum Force. Hopefully the films will be released separately.

I like Dirty Harry but somehow don't have any real interest in picking it up.

The first one is a classic, the others watchable but formulaic.

I liked Magnum Force (#2) the first time I saw it, but was less impessed the second time round. As a response to accusations of facism in this sequel the villains ARE cops. Smart move, though I don't think the left paid any attention.

Sudden Impact (#4) has a woman taking revenge on gang-rapists? Clint goes feminist? Some thought so...

The weakest is probably either The Dead Pool (#5) or The Enforcer (#3).
