Spain v England - 20:45 tonight

Post by grim_tales »

I heard Eriksson (sp?) is likely to recall Wayne Bridge for this game. :)
If Beckham does play here (and in the 2006 World Cup) lets hope this time he does us the courtesy of actually being fit :D
Its only a friendly tonight, so why doesnt the manager try out newer players like Wright-Philips instead of the experienced/crap duo of Beckham and Owen.

Agreed! :o:mad:
We couldnt string two passes together, had virtually no chances and Beckham was ineffective and Rooney was a loose cannon, and rather stupid with the way he behaved. Really boring/painful/shite game to see from our Point Of View, IMO.

We were shit. :D

The Spanish fans were idiots too!

Spain were very good, why did we play like that after performances in recent games that have been quite good?!?
