Hey does anyone know why after the fall, the "replay" is actually a different take?! Seems pointless, and means that the film has a total of three different takes of that fall when you include the outtakes. Any one of those takes would have done in my opinion...

The same reason we see the same footage from 2/3 different takes in Police Story I suspect.

I believe he only actually did the stunt twice and used both versions in the film, just with different edits at different points.
