Dragon Inn (1967)

Post by grim_tales »

Is this the uncut version (?) at HK Flix?:

http://www.hkflix.com/xq/asp/filmID.536 ... etails.htm :)

I didnt realise it was part of a Trilogy. I'd like to see it since I have Come Drink With Me and A Touch of Zen.

Damn, that's the German disc. I've walked past this DVD in stores several times, thinking it was some kind of trash movie, as I wasn't familiar with the film's German title.

Wow, really expensive at HKFlix.

The running time suggests it's uncut.
I have an uncut NTSC boot at 111m.

Nice to see Mandarin audio AND English subtitles.
Not anamorphic alas.

It's a fine movie, LD, and I think you should volunteer to check it out for us...

Grim, not aware of it being a part of any trilogy... It was made by a different company to 'Come Drink With Me' for a start. The only common denominator between the three films is King Hu.

Fairy muff Mark, its just HK Flix said it was part of a Trilogy, so your guess is as good as mine... ;)

I may get at it some point, as long as it stays in print... :D
