Bradavon your missing the point

how do you know the extras are not extensive? you aint got the set, and Tartan are still shit so why even bother? I just hope Tartan go bust very soon bunch of morons!
Romero if you're going to quote me from a completely different site, firstly why not reply on that one and secondly please make it clear.
Secondly I have IA and the extras only add up to a making of, a n alternate ending and a commentary or there abouts. The film is roughly 100 minutes long with DTS so put simply all that will easily fit on 1 DVD-9 (which Tartan have proven).
Hence my point that there is no need to really put them on a second disc. I'm confident the extras for IA2 and 3 are the same.
Thirdly I strongly disagree Tartan are shit, sure they used to be but I've been happy with their recent releases.
"The Ringu trilogy" is fine, "Infernal Affairs" is fine and "Japanese Story" is great. Besides if they go bust like you wish that would just mean one less company on the market releasing DVDs with English subbed extras etc . . . Not something I want. Their closest competitor "Artifical Eye" do produce superior DVDs picture wise but that's about it, most of their DVDs are DVD2.0 and they release a lot less DVDs anyway.
basically the sets a bargain for people who dont own the old versions, but I do

the L.E. of parts 2 and 3

no way I will sell them now, I aint even watched them yet.
Sure it's a bargain but personally I'd prefer subbed extras over a chronological cut which would ruin the films to an extent IMO anyway.
Besides I already own Tartan's IA DVD.

and the films with better sound and a few bugs ironed out I guess.
Now you're just guessing, no one knows this for sure.
I'm betting disc 1-6 will be exactly the same as the current DVDs.
