This is a lovely story.. don't know if its' true though. Considering how some kids adore repetition I would say its' possible.

I remember reading about when Mel Blanc (voice of Bugs Bunny) was very badly injured in a car crash, he was unconscious and nobody could reach him. But when someone said "How are you feeling today.. Bugs Bunny?" he answered (as Bugs) "Ehhh.. fine Doc". :)
What about the story about someone who had been in a coma for 20 years (I think?) and when they woke up the first thing they said was "I want a Pepsi" :D Its' one of those sorts of stories.
