I think nobody can afford to be arrogant in such a way, because the look is either given to you by God or not.

It isn't really a different matter when someone behaves arrogantly due to being more intelligent or whatever. I can in a way understand when somebody showing off kung fu skills or soccer skills or so, because for them he has trained for ages. Even for dancers like Michael Jackson or brakedancers, I can somehow understand, but the dancing I saw in that video clip didn't really impress me (apart from the butt-showing).

There are educated people who tend to act arrogantly in front of less-educated people. While I despise that, I'd also say that he worked hard for the education such a person has.

But acting arrogantly solely based on ones looks is as low as a person with common sense can get.
