I haven't even seen Dog Soldiers.
I'm kinda funny about seeing a director's earlier films first (dunno why). However I will eventually see them both, for sure.

I missed this at the cinema so looking forward to it. If I can find enough cushions and pillows to hide under when the scary bits get too scary.

I'd have to agree with that. Not nearly as likeable as the characters from Dog Soldiers. Still a great movie though.

I watched Dog Soldiers and Descent back to back stunning double bill and both stand out examples of UK cinema, shame we dont make more like these.

Just saw this movie yesterday, i thought it was good, not excellent, but a good purchase. I prefer Dog Soldier, but the director is on a winning streak. I can't wait to see what his next movie is, and aside from the gangster films, (Lock Stock, Snatch) its good to see the UK Horror scene branching out and on par with Hollywood. In fact the past horror movies we have, 28 Days Later, The Descent, Dog Soldier, Shaun of the Dead, are proving to be a big hit in Hollywood as well.
Big up of the UK Horror scene

Its a shame ythe UK makes soo much trash crap
maybe 1 or 2 UK films a year are worth seeing.
