That's really weird. There's no such problem on my R2J, maybe because that frame isn't on my R2J. Look at your second and
third frame. They are the same frame (???), something is just seriously wrong in the last one. My disc doesn't have two
"identical" frames in a row in that scene.

EDIT: I think I was wrong about the second and third frame being the same. I think there's some movement in Aya's hair.

EDIT: Fuck. I don't know if they are the same frame or not.

But that was the amazon pre-order price (back when they had decent shipping options). It's 4600 + shipping at cdjapan. Yesasia is probably about the same when you consider their free shipping.
