"It takes a while to get used to hearing all effects, mixed with dialogue and score from all angles. The rears have been put through at a lesser level which does actually minimise the oddity by allowing for a smidge of ambience, but occasional spikes and imbalances mean this equilibrium isn’t maintained throughout."

If you use headphones or 2 speaker set up, wouldn't this mean it makes no difference at all to mono?

That's the impession I was under... but I admit my tech knowledge is limited.
Besides the BDs are too expensive right now. For the trilogy US$76 plus postage. I got Indiana Jones for less than half that amount.

Hopefully it won't have incurred customs charges like my last one did then, gutted about that as I don't know where I can safely order Criterions from now at decent prices.

well unless i'm missing something Malkovich is £22.89 on moviemars and £21.99 there? neither price is good but i'd sooner pay a quid or two more rather than risk a customs charge.they're certainly cheaper than the likes of movietyme these days.

I get them at pre-order prices which are generally cheaper, like £17.99 plus postage I think.

if it ships from the usa and moviemars don't reship &put the correct value on it won't matter if you paid in pigs feet if customs nab it.Saying that,Gas has only been caught the once so the odds are stacked in your favour
