Gah.. busted!

Well done Brad. Your go :D

I thought I had something there! ;)

OMG I'll have to come up with a picture now. I have to ask when are their music notes in Shiri?

Sorry it won't be until I get home tonight so you guys will have to wait a wee bit but I'll post for sure. This game is more addictive than I thought it would be.

p.s - If you hadn't started talking about Three Colours to me last night Grim I wouldn't have got it.

LOL at some reactions to winning this game. I swear, some of you act like prom queens. :D

Brad, it was just a random guess... much like my "Dude Where's My Car" answer for Mark's shaw bros title.

Erm, correct me if I'm wrong but Blue is a French movie, no? I thought we were posting Asian movies here? I've not seen that film so wouldn't have got it anyways but damn I was in the wrong continent. I think from now on it would be wise to post an abbreviation next to the first image to indicate at least which country it's from. If I see FR for France or KR for Korea I know I won't get it and can save myself the time and embarrassment of wrong guesses.

Read the rules in the first post. :D

= "Preferably asian, preferably well-known".

OK so maybe Grim didn't post an asian movie, but you on the other hand aren't posting well-known movies. :D

I posted Requiem for a Dream, which is well known but non-Asian.

Same with Narc and Mortal Kombat. Films we all love tbh... and have slightly influenced new-wave Asian cinema one way or another.

how about we assume it is an asian film unless the poster tells us it isn't? that way people can stillpost the screenshots that they want but we stand a slightly better chance of guessing them :D personally id go for asian films in most cases unless i had a screenshot from a non asian film that had good comedy value :P (not that i'll ever get another go :P )

Didn't get any of those either... all I'm saying is that it would make sense to state where the film has come from. If it could be any film from anywhere in the world and all you have is a close-up of music notes... it's gonna be bloody hard to guess. I'm not saying mine were easy - they weren't - but at least you knew where they came from. A simple abbreviation would do.

Well, I took preferably to mean that unless there's a reason not to we should post caps from Asian films. Maybe the rules could be clearer? It's true that my first go - Mad Sword - wasn't well known but I figured that some of the other ones weren't either so it wouldn't be a problem and since then I've made them easier. Many of the caps posted thus far have been unknown to me, so it's really subjective. If the game is to be global, that's fine, but I think a country of origin isn't too much to ask.

Mark makes an interesting point. Ok I herby announce that I shall be the first person to state the country of origin when I post a screen grab. If I get another go.

Note: no one else has to do this. If anyone has any complaints then just let me know.

OK, I'll state the country of origin as well.

Brad, we're waiting for the next challenge. :D

Sorry guys the Internet went down after I posted yesterday so I couldn't e-mail home this page to remind me and I forgot.

Anyway:

I disagree that can give a massive clue and if you've seen the film you're probably going to know, if you haven't you're not anyway.

Why does it have to be Asian? Mark see more European films :D

That said: If the consensus is to post the country I will do???

LMK and I'll update the post if need be.

It's just a game, guys. :D
Just play. Who cares about rules ?

The Village (random guess) ?

Confidence?

It wasn't me who said it had to be Asian it was Tom. I was just following what I thought were the rules... it's everyone else who isn't. I don't watch many European films... just the odd one here and there. No idea about the cap btw.

Let's clarify the rule one last time:

The gamekeeper (that's me) would appreciate it if people posted more asian films than "western" films (because BnB has always been Asian-film oriented).
I am not saying that everybody should only post asian films.

Preferable = More desirable than another.

Post asian films, post western films, state the country, don't state the country... I don't give a flying fuck. Just play. :D

I don't even know who the woman in the pic is... so no point making a silly guess. I'll wait for the next clue.

It's not Confidence or The Village but I'd love to see the version of The Village you saw Tom :D

I sense this is going to be a long one. Post updated with Continent, that's a clue:

How often should I be posting clues?

p.s - Oh I see Mordib has moved my picture to the Bullets forum, thank you. I was at work and sense the eagerness so had to leach really (no time to download and upload to the Bullets forum).
