Does the UK release of ToyStory 3 have a different english voicecast than the USA release? I believe some of these movies there were some parts which had some changes in the english cast to include some English voice-actors (from England) instead of from the USA!?
Wasn't Jeremy Clarkson on Cars or something!?

I don't remember the UK BD (of Toy Story 3) having different voices than the theatrical version.
All the main cast are exactly the same.

Shrek substitutes some minor voice overs.

Indeed.

I prefer it. I know who the British celebs are, many of the American ones I don't. Jeremy Clarkson in Cars is a good idea IMO.

More often than not I know who the Americans are (or have at least heard of them).
I mean is Kate Thornton more famous than Joan Rivers?

Is that a prerequisite? Although agreed she was an odd choice.

I actually hate it when you can clearly recognize the celeb who's voicing something... cause then it's hard to really 'accept' the character completely and get pulled into the movie...
But Toy Story 3 should be unaffected? I think I'll pick up the BR then...
edit: ah, nevermind, they hiked up the price again. 10 euro for a BR is pretty much the most I'm willing to spend on a movie...

True I guess but wouldn't you recognise Joan Rivers too for example? I guess I don't mind because they're animated and at least in part comedies too, the celebs add to the fun of it.

Thanks Grim. I tried ordering it but now Play.com is screwing up my order by demanding a pin-code for my CC...(!)

It kinda differs per person... some celebs really stick out, while others blend perfectly with the on-screen character.

Doesn't your card have a 3-digit code on the signature strip? Is that just a British thing?

yeah, play just want the last 3 numbers of the signature strip on the back of your card.

I gave them the info of that signature strip, and then it went to an extra screen where I had to use my 'random reader' and my credit card and use that ...
It sucks. Seems like an extra security-demand from play.com or my bank...

On some sites I have a Santander extra security box pop up where I have to enter a password and certain digits from my card and stuff.

... so hopefully that means Toystory 3 will be shipped, and I won't run into that problem again.

I've never been a mad fan of Scarface but I'll give it another go if it gets to about £7.99 or less (knowing Universal it shouldn't be too long).
