Planetaxel have a $0.02 postage 'sale' but when we tried to put an order thru a warning popped up about the site not having a valid security certificate. WTF? Anyone else get this?

Any link Mark?

Chrome reports the certificate is valid. Try clearing cache and cookies. If that doesn't work try another browser (maybe IE, you use Firefox right?).

Use Axel all you want, they are one of the single most expensive sites on the net. Even with getting stung for customs they work out cheaper elsewhere, in fact every single time I have checked for something they cost far more on that shite site, and I got anything I looked for elsewhere cheaper.

Shit site, shit prices and idiots paying over the odds for titles they can get cheaper elsewhere keeping the scummy overpriced place going

Thanks Salty. I hope they've got more than one copy because I've just bagged myself one :D.

Oh I'm sorry, I didn't realise you'd work in IT for over a decade. I didn't just make it up, Google it. Cookies store, track, alter all manner of web activity. They're not just used to remember login credentials . Cache less so but are you 100% store your web browser isn't using an outdated locally store certificate? Of course you're not.

I also suggested trying a different web browser. I hope I don't have to explain the logic behind that advice. It shows more IT knowledge than "temp Windows glitch" :|.

Before I order, are there any Planet Axel vouchers floating around? I guess the $0.02 postage sale is over? It's not working on Natural Born Killers. I've wanted this for awhile but not enough to pay over a tenner.

I didn't realise they were Canadian based now.

I've asked Mark twice (see above). I'm guessing it's over because it's not working for me.

And Any word on working vouchers please?

Any idea guys where I can pick up the USA Last of the Mohicans BD or UK Battle Royale BD for no more than £13 each? Two must have but still pricey BDs for me.

i've never seen any axel vouchers tbh.they operate a reward points scheme rather than vouchers...i found this rather odd post over at AVForums...

"Axel aren't bad but when you add the postage costs it adds up!

A couple of weeks ago I added Taxi Driver to my cart but forgot to check out...

Today I got a free postage voucher covering all postage charges in any order....certainly helped with a decent sized batch!

So even if you're not in need of anything for a few weeks, login, add something to your cart and leave it"

Clever idea. The assumption being you likely want it and free postage may push you enough to buy it. Thanks about the vouchers. There's a vouchers field on check-out.
