It's Anamorphic but barebones.
I've not seen Seventh Seal but it's supposed to be excellent.

I knew you'd think I was talking about the CD WOW DVD

. Have a look again at what I was responding to (the Criterion).
There are so many UK and USA DVDs of this film I wouldn't know where to start to say which DVD CD WOW have.
EDIT: My mistake, it's me who should be reading your post properly. I was talking about the Criterion, which was re-released anamorphic (with the same commentary).

I have the Tartan UK BD of The Seventh Seal, I've only sampled it but the print quality was pretty damn good concerning the film's age.
That's probably long OOP by now though.

Vouchers I get mailed every week, just got some £2 long time no see customer ones thats I used
and a few people have emailed cdwow about their X Men Blu Rays, CDWOW got back saying they are standard dvds!

jesus
I ordered 3 Blu's so far, if I have to cancel them I will be furious at yet another cdwow mess up! if its true, they now have my cash!
Will be interesting to see how it goes as some people posted this
"Ppl on HotUKDeals have had mails confirming this is legit and not just a mistake."
I went thru all their Blus for a better look

Eden Lake I also got for £7.
Fingers crossed they come thru and are just cheapie Russian discs.

they all have Russian language options.probably region C/B russian releases.i'm not bothered as long as they are as good as the UK/USA BD's!

Yup

I am trying to follow this whole cheap Blu deal on 4 different forums ata the same time, looks like people have sent CDWOW a lot of emails asking many questions, so hopefully by tommrow we will know the answers
I do not mind Russian discs, just like the good old standard Russian dvds they were the same 90% of the time as the UK discs.
So far only X Men discs seem to have been the Standard version

Me too. I've not bothered to update the e-tailors thread since last July. They've pretty much all dried up.
Grim gets some £1 ones from time to time but even with those they can still be beaten elsewhere I find. Not that I ever get sent them. Thanks for the links. Finally some CD WOW BD Bargains.
p.s - So the X-Men 2 BD here:
http://www.cdwow.com/blu-ray/X-MEN-2/pr ... ew/7219441
Is definitely actually the DVD? Thanks. Presuming these are BDs, there is some cracking prices there. I spotted Changeling for £10.49.
I've e-mailed CD WOW too, best to check.

So far X Men Trilogy set seems to be the only one which people have been told IS the dvd. The single releases I am not sure about
But many people so far have had emails back saying all their orders (some people have went insane and bought a lot!) are Blu Rays
So far so good

I still have a £2 one to be used but I find CD-WOW's prices laughable now, their R3 prices are stupid.

I'm not sure why I never get them. I didn't bother to ask as their prices were a joke but with these BDs, I should ask.
I've asked CD WOW if their BDs of:
X-Men 2 (you never know, they may give me another answer)
Changeling
Gomorrah (best to ask)
Shakira (best to ask)
are actually DVDs. If they are BDs, I'm getting all of them. They have some cracking BD prices!
How come you never post these bargains here Romero? If it wasn't for Salty, we'd have nothing.

Becuase I see so many bargains that frankly I would be posting all day, and what a bargain is to me is probibly not to many others. I gave up a while back even bothering posting anywhere. Very rarley do I now, ussually when I find one I know is nowhere else on the net.
The Great Amazon system site crash 2 weeks back, where you could get Blu Rays for £3

was the best. I bought so many I thought my card would have been stopped for so many transactions in one day, that deal lasted maybe 6 hours. The quicker it spread, the quicker it was shut down and they fixed the bug. I bought more Blu Rays in 4 hours than I will in the next few years
I also learned a long time ago never post Major flawed/glitch bargains until you have bought yours, as in the past when I posted big deals they would then run out of stock and I would get bugger all. Yet people who ordered way after me got them, which as you can imagine is a bit shitty when I posted the bloody bargain in the first place

That would've been a good example, it's the first I heard of it.

No worries, get your shit first. Since the financial crisis I rarely notice bargains any more but make a point to post when I do.

I do post the odd one, Zatoichi Blu Ray in the Zatoichi thread a day or two ago, which I dont expect many saw

Nope. It's best to post in Bargains but thanks for posting it anyway. Not that that one interests me.

Sadly it turns out the BD Bargains were a cock up:

And:

If you managed to get them at the decent prices, while it lasted. Good luck! Please post if they do honour your orders.
Even Gomorrah has shot up from £8.07 to £16.99 and Shakira £6.72 to £14. So not even just the "big titles". Oh well. I'm glad I waited. I'd have felt worse getting DVDs. CD WOW could've made a packet! Muppets!

CD Wow are shit and have been since the major shakeup last year.
Never use them now.
Expect most if not all your items to get cancelled.

Last year? It's been a few years now, no?
But yes agreed, a joke. They cannot even WOW us with CD prices. I've used them once in a year for a CD. Bang CD almost always beat them.

Not that it matters now but CD WOW confirmed to me X-Men 2 is the BD.
