Ow, always! If it's a game between wife-beating hairy guys in skirts, and whiney diving bitches with huge ego's, I'll be rooting for the wife-beaters! :D

Even if Scottland cant win, I do hope they will break some Italian legs. I'm serious. I fucking had it with assholes like Gilardino and Inzaghi and all those other sissies always crying and falling over and using puppydog eyes at the ref etc. At the slightest touch they go down as if they just got shot. If I was an opponent of such a jackass, I'd fly in there like a madman.

I'm used to playing football on the streets. One time one dude fake-dived against me, going down with a huge cry while I didnt even touch him. 2 minutes later he was going down for real :D Never pulled that shit again! :D

It's gonna be hard as fuck to beat them even at home.
Very true, but that's also what we thought about france...

Fingers crossed Scotland play the game of their lives against Italy and come away with the win.

Or at absolute worst come away with a draw AND Ukraine beat France in their final game...

Fackin baws min.

Robbed is an understatement - we were man-raped.

We should've been 2-1 up, missed a really good chance. But WTF - the second Italian goal should never have been a free kick.

Oh well, that's another 2 years we'll need to wait for the world cup qualifiers.

WE WERE SO CLOSE!!!!!

We've nobody to blame but ourselves.

Yes, the Italian free kick that led to the second goal was absoulte horse shit, but they had a good goal chalked off, and ours was offside.

We played well, but didn't score when it counted. We can't claim to be robbed, as we got more for than against.

What killed us happened a few weeks ago in Georgia. We stumbled at the final hurdle and paid the price. End off.

England, on the other hand, are fucking jammy sods... but good luck to yas.

Good match. Croatia deserved the win. They played really well, and England, as so often this qualification-round, played damn poorly.
Good start of the 2nd half, but it wasnt enough.
Easy given penalty brought England back into the game, but TBH they never deserved to win this match, or qualify.

Holland lost tonight from Belarus. Also once again a piss-poor performance from our team, and I'm glad they finally also lost. We've have pretty much always played piss-poor games this qualification-round, but always lucked out in the final minutes or Vd Sar saved us etc...

TBH, Holland doesnt deserve to play at the tournament either, but football isnt fair... :(

Sven was also crap. England played piss-poor football under Sven, most of the time, yet they were often lucky and won. Plus maybe an easier group in the qualiying rounds, dont know. I just know England were a horrible team to watch under Sven's management.
Last tournament they lucked/cheated through to the KO stages...

England looked good a few weeks/months ago, when they played Owen and Heskey upfront. I thought they were finally getting there... but then ofcourse everyone is suddenly out injured and the team falls apart again and play like shit.

The cabbage definately has to go though.

Same for van Basten actually. Van Basten's Oranje team has played horrible horrible football, and Van Basten is a shitty manager. I would much rather see Foppe de Haan, coach of the U21's take over (you may remember him from confronting the ref during the U21 Holland-England match during the penalty shoot-out :D )
That guy is AWESOME. Old guy, but very good with people, and just fields the best 11 players and makes them play in a logical manner.

At least we could be sure of qualifying under Sven!
A crunch game, and McClown plays a keeper who only has 1 cap.
Cheated their to the KO stages, what are you talking about?

and you'd have played Robinson, then who has been making terrible errors throughout the campaign  England are shit and didn't deserve to qualify, supposedly world class lampard and Gerrard aren't even european class. i'm glad i don't really give a toss about international fotball, liverpool getting 3 points in their next game is more important to me than getting worked up over crappy england. stick to following the gunners Grim and stop getting worked up over the shite that is the national team

You're right, at least the Gunners are doing well ;)
At least Robbo has experience! 1st half we were all over the place and let in 2 soft goals.

Whilst I do find it funny that England didn't qualify... I agree that the tournament will now be pretty dull.

At least if England qualified, it would've given us a reason to support every team they played against. Shame :(.

I didn't watch the game but it sounded like a good 'ene.

Yeah, for the unbiased viewer who didnt care much either way for the outcome, it was a very entertaining match. Not good-quality play from England, apart from the 2nd half's first 20 minutes orso, but just quality entertainment.

It was nice watching an enjoyable match again for a change. Lately, I havent seen a lot of entertaining matches, to put it lightly.
