What on earth was Louis thinking? Whenever I hear "Build me up buttercup" I think of "Something about woman" and how can you take it seriously after that? Awful song choice.
I still don't like Rydian but boy he is a good performer. His talents would work better in the theatre though. I cannot see him doing well selling albums, there isn't really a market for him.
X-Factor is a pop show, it's kids who will buy the winners music.

I like The Foundations version. It's not supposed to be a "serious" song (whatever that means?) It's a catchy old school R&B number and it works fine. Who sings "Something About Woman"? Never heard of it.What on earth was Louis thinking? Whenever I hear "Build me up buttercup" I think of "Something about woman" and how can you take it seriously after that?

LOL Oops. You knew what I meant.
I do like Musicals though.
I wasn't expecting to like it but it was on Sunday afternoon on BBC2 a few months back and I ended up watching it. It's really, really cheesy but strangely enjoyable. It doesn't mean I want to see the sequel though. Vanessa Anne Hudgens is cute too, especially when she's naked.grim_tales wrote:Same Difference were shit. They should have gone, I didnt know the song (I haven't seen High School bloody Musical).
I do like Musicals though.
It's not like they could ever possibly appeal to anyone above 15.grim_tales wrote:What a way to alienate most of your audience (older than 8 ).

She's naked in High School Musical?!
I didn't see the auditions/band camp etc Sam so don't know how the contestants are away from the show, Rydian seems OK to me.
That swing version of Can't Buy Me Love the first week was really, really bad.
I like some musicals too Brad.
"There's Something About Mary" Brad means. It's the film The Foundations' version was in.

I missed the girl band perform but boy their clothes were tarty.
It was a bit weird seeing Same Difference (how are they different?) sing that song as it's a love song between the male and female lead in HSM.
I cannot stand that phrase it bloody means "different" anyway, the same part is nonsensical. People never use it to mean "same". Not to mention it's an oxymoron.
. Naked pictures (Paris fashion) are on the web. Do you want me to MSN them to you?
. No idea how I made that cock up.
