Hey, I love The Simpsons, but it's gonna be tough to stick your tongue down a girl's throat whilst you've got one eye on the screen and Homer is yelling "D'oh" in Dolby Digital. Pick something shit that she wants to see that way you miss nothing AND she thinks you really care about her opinion. :D

"This book doesn't have answers!"

Don't you think its a bit early for that Mark? ;)
I do like her, but something's bothering me... I bet she doesnt mean what I think she means (even though she said "we should arrange to meet up again sometime" and "I really want to see the Transformers movie"), and maybe the two of us won't go out at all or see each other. I've never been very assertive, and I'm dually childlike but also a cynical bastard. ;) Somehow I just think this will end in tears. Mine probably.

Well, if you go into it with that kind of attitude from the start, then just this is gonna happen.

Oh dear.
Well, even if it is the two of us, maybe she meant a "mates" outing and not a "date"? I don't know. I'm just thinking I shouldnt get my hopes up. I'm scared :(

Of course! She isn't gonna tell you "I wanna meet so we might have a love relationship". It has to develope. Give it a chance. And most importantly, give yourself a chance.

Come on, Grim, dont worry too much.
You're just going out for a movie. Just make sure you won't be having Kebabs or whatever else that could make you seem full of shit before the show, and you'll be ok...

Just expect her to only want to take advantage of you for a free cinema-ticket, and anything more is bonus ;)

She's english, right!? English girls are reportedly easy slags, so just don't say anything stupid (which in your case means you would be acting like a mute ;) JK! :P ) and you're probably already in. ;) :P

Don't worry man. Just go watch a movie and focus on the movie and enjoying that, instead of constantly being absentminded and thinking about her...

I'm not sure where she was born (she looks mixed race) but I know what you mean :)
I'll just forget it for now? That way I can be surprised if we do go out, rather than it looking like I've been "waiting", right? :)

Well she laughed at some of the "Bad Peter" scenes in Spidey 3 when emo Peter walks down the street.. thought they were funny. Make of that what you will.
I'm sure she likes The Simpsons too.

I've just gotten a mail about some sort of group meet-up barbecue/party type thing that's happening soon... was that what Lea meant by meeting?

Yeah, you only have to buy them a Bacardi Breezer, and they'll ride you like Seabiscuit. :D
