Did you see the footage of Paris being let out this morning at 3am? How low has America sunk! Scarily we'd be exactly the same if it were over here. That's the general "we".

There was the press everywhere (fine) but she also had loads of deluded fans too, one even say "Liberate Paris". WTF! She was skipping, with an enormous smile on her face. Dumb wench!

I can't believe people are praising someone who not only broke the law once but then went on to break it several times afterwards. She could've easily hit someone while drunk behind the wheel, and people praise this!
Yi-Long wrote:She will probably also claim she found Jesus and crap like that. Most people who fuck up by being selfish and egotistical, will bring up Jesus and The Bible in order to convince people that they have now changed.
Too late she already did :D . She said she'd find the bible while in prison, oh please go back to dumbville.

Apparently Paris thanked some of the guards on her way out.

I wonder if she thanked them properly on the inside.

Absolutely classic you MUST watch this You Tube clip (until the end):

"Newscaster's on-air Paris protest: US newsreader Mika Brzezinski has attempted to burn her script live on television in protest at being made to lead her bulletin on Paris Hilton."

I hope she gets promoted, certainly not into trouble.

Lol, I heard about that on News24.

She's right to take a stand.

I love how cowardly she made the guy on her right seem ("I won't burn it") and how the guy on her left tried to piss her off by cracking jokes ("can we see some pictures").

Yeah, saw it this morning. Finally someone takes a stance, although it just creates even more hype about paris and the media coverage about her...

But this chick is right. Paris shouldnt even be on the news. What the fuck happened that changed the news into a gossip magazine (I know, ratings now matter more then 5-10 years ago, when news-broadcasting channels werent meant as huge rating-networks... but still... this isnt news! It's gossip)

I only want to see paris on the news when she's killed someone, or she's dead herself. Otherwise, pay attention to the more important stuff in the world.

I agree with the newscaster. There's something wrong with our priorities IMO when Paris the lead news item above soldiers dying in Iraq :(

Cold maybe, but true.

Why would someone want to join the army, get sentenced to do exactly what some twat wants them to do, right or wrong.

Into the army to be ordered about and have to do exactly what you are told, if that means killing women and children, you have to do it for the greater good. Bollocks to that.

I dont suport our soldiers in any way if you stupid enuff to sign your life over to your country and if anything goes wrong you are to blame, as thats the way the orders come down, way to go soldiers.

I dont ALWAYS supoort our troops. They're idiots. 9000 muslim-men were slaughtered under 'our' watch, in Srebrenica, and 'our soldiers' were celebrating days later cause they could go home.
yesterday was 'veteran-day' and some bitch who served there said that war really toughens you, and she began seeing those people (the people she was there to protect and help) as LESS THAN ANIMALS! (cause she was fond of animals(!) )

I mean, come on!? You want me to respect low trash like that?

Only if it somehow manages to get into the press...

Well they mostly deserve our support then, the majority of soldiers do a good job IMO, must be very brave (yes I know they choose to join), and since you said yourself Romero you wouldn't defend the country I don't see how you can moan. There are, sadly, idiots in all types of life.

I never said such a thing, I would defend my friends/family/countrymen and women etc.. (maybe, as hell we dont know what would happen if real war broke out).

I would not go off to another country like these and do what they are told to do, if that means kill innocent people they have to do it as orders are orders even if they are ignorant, wrong and illegal.

That is not defending your country, in any way.

And on other news 3 American soldiers are facing trial for the murder of 3 innocent Iraqs.

Paint the whole picture hey?

That's very easy for you to say sitting in your nice warm armchair, playing on your computer, listening to MTV and watching Sky News. We've no real idea at all how much of a tough job they do in Iraq.

They probably shouldn't be there but then blame the government not the people who go out to fight so we can have our freedom. Frankly if war did break out here I'd much rather want a soldier by my side than some dumb fuck who sits in a nice warm armchair, plays his computer, listens to MTV, watch Sky News, and moans about the world around him all day.

Well not exactly. People choose to join the army to fight for their country, say against Nazi invaders or whoever. I seriously doubt any of them were asked if they want to go to Iraq.

But anyway back on topic, what a ridiculous way to go completely off topic. We already have more than enough bloody Iraq stories. BORING!

It's classic isn't it :D . I bet the stupid studio execs will tell her off though, sadly.
