Trailer up! Holy shit this looks gory, finally an ultra-violent film after years of PG-13 sludge!

Damn that looks well good, better than I expected. Go Sly, he looks excellent in this, and glad to see he took the brutal route, which frankly is what John Rambo is about. Can't wait to watch this, I hope it is a hit, I liked Rocky Balboa, so can't wait to see John Rambo now!.

Glad to see it got Darla in it ;), kinda missed her, after she exited Angel series

Now THAT's what I'm talking about. Everyone of my friends was sceptical about "Rocky Balboa". I told them it's gonna be awesome and it was.

The same goes for JJR.

Most violent mainstream trailer ever. Seriously that film has NC-17 written all over it. It's ironic that when Bruce Willis is doing a PG-13 DIE HARD sequel Stallone is signing off with a two-fingered salute to the censors. Only concern is that the distributor who picks this up stateside demands the obligatory 'R'. I can see it being cut down on the graphic bloodshed. I hope the UK at least gets the uncut version.

I hope so, too. It is very likely that they'll cut this in Germany as they'll look at it as war glorifying.

Its not, as its not a real trailer. I have seen 10 times more violent hack job trailers like that one before. That trailer will never get an official release and never be in cinemas, so its not a trailer. Just like all the other leaked, unofficial trailers that I see. Most are shit mind you.

The 20 Weeks Later one was far more bloody than that, another shit quality leaked piece of crap.

Looks like they have filmed about 4 scenes so far, and they used them pretty much fully in that series of clips too :D

There's no way that's any kind of official trailer.
That scene directly after the decapitation... nice ;)

It's a promo isn't it?

They're not gonna show it in cinemas. I never thought they would.

But it had to come from the production company to drum up advance interest from distributors and audiences.

Lionsgate has the US rights. No idea about the UK. Apparently Nu Image are handling the international distribution.

Nah its from shitfest website Aint it cool news, them twats steal things and then get forced to take them down. They are the scum of the earth, the people on there sign the confidentiality clauses saying they are not allwed to talk about films, copy stuff and pass it on etc.. but they do it anyway, the site need bringing down as hell its diabolical.

Sometime things are offical, but hell you would know if it was, as the quality would be better than that piece of shite and it would be released officially on a real site. Like a Rambo site!

Looks great mind you.

Thank God you're not in the position of deciding. :D

I enjoyed "Demolition Man", especially the verbal jokes! But a second part?

A second Demolition Man would be pointless without Wesley Snipes which, unless the writers contrive some terrible scenario to bring him back, won't be happening.

Anyways, John Rambo! Huge fuck-off guns being used on a person less than a metre away! Disembowellings! Throat rippings! Yay!

Looks like it'll be bitchslapped to the moon and back by the MPAA if the studio wants an R-rating, unless of course that promo shows all the violence in the film :D.

Expect cuts though, let's not forget that most of the big violent action films of the 80's/early 90's would have seemed this violent if we'd been privvy to the uncut original edits of the films before the MPAA got through with them.

Oh man, let's hope this won't be cut to pieces. I'd kinda like a grown up violent action fest... at least I guess it'll be unrated on disc ... :-/
So long, and thanks for all the fish!

But I'm pretty sure that's what's gonna happen as they know how the market works. Half a year or one years after the first DVD release of the normal cut (the one we saw in the theatres) they'll release the uncut brutal edition.

Yep it's how they get around the cinema "hard" rating.

Okay maybe not a Part 2 but it is my fave Stallone film, sure it's not great but then no Stallone film is. That's favourite not his best work.
