I would assume no one would even ever know if they only listen to DTS, the only way I found out about the 5.1 track was I gave it to other people. Or I would never ever have known, as no need to listen to 5.1 when the DTS is a lot louder.

Thats one problem with vdds, they have so many sound tracks and one may well be broke, and you never listen to that one. Then sell it and the buyer complains its broke. Thats why I want rid of it.

Guess I'll buy it and see. Lucky I can play DTS then! ;)
Eva did you get a working copy? Maybe Romero is just unlucky ;)
My DTS track works, dunno bout the DD5.1 track though.

If anyone wants me to check my copy, let me know the "exact time code" and I'll check my R3. Otherwise I'm not bothered tbh :D

Considering the R1 is cut it's okay but isn't that EE I see on the R3?

Edge Enhancement? no, not a bit. I watched it, the pictures perfect, was pretty damn hot for a standard dvd :) even when moving fast.

If you want Edge Enhancement watch Pearl Harbour Directors cut, jesus flipping wept! scary shit when its that bad, it stands out on my new TV, I never used to see it on smaller screens or on a PC, but by god its visable on bigger screens.

Romero's eyes can't see sh*t. :D

Yes, Brad. There is a HUGE amount of EE on the R3.
The R3 is exactly how the R1 would look like if you added a very strong sharpening filter to it.
I used to be "the man who loves the movies you hate".
Now I'm just "that weird french guy with a cat avatar who comes to BnB once a year for no reason and then disappears again".

Schwing :D . I've only seen my R3 briefly on my TV but on those captures it's obvious. The R3 looks sharper but then you notice all that EE.

Balls, apart from the awful line at the top of frame which gives it away, its not exactly noticable watching the film apart from That one line (sometimes the bottom one comes into play as well :( ) which always show it up and makes your eyes go instantly to the bugger. On my TV's anyway.

As I always say it does depend on YOUR set up, but bollocks if you can notice it during the film. If they cropped of the line at the top it would save grief.

That doesn't change the fact it's there now does it Romero. That's all "I" was saying, nothing more.
