I have, but only 720p. There's slightly more detail to the 1080p blu-rays than say a 720p on my system... I'd guess there'd be a lot more difference on a true 1080p display. (Note that Casino Royale is not a top tier BRD simply because of all the "effects" and grain used on the film... I think CRANK for what it is worth may be one of the best BRD presentations to date (no I don't have it... but the trailer is spectacular on my system)).
Also note that 1080p is "much" better than HDTV 1080i
Is it worth it? From 40" up I'd guess...

So long, and thanks for all the fish!

I missed it at first (Times that is) being honest but now not in the slightest. They did write very good reviews though, not that Colin ever contributed to that (or barely).
Not that he could ever totally ban anyone, it's not possible.

Captain Joe is in the states then?
Both my "Region B" blu-rays are uncut... and BOTH play just fine on my Region A player.
Yup that's right. The Casino Royale BluRay disc is NOT region locked
(Note though, NONE of my CR discs feature any BBFC markings (they are two different pressed discs - one NL one AU market I think) - so you Brit folks MAY get a cut disc...

I think they all are...
Wait let me check... one of my BRD Casion Royale discs has the [M] aussie rating printed on the disc - so I'm guessing it's the same disc released down under and it is region free...
According to http://bluray.lindsite.dk/ both US and European versions are region free. It makes no mention of specific Asian or Aussie versions... I'm assuming you aussies get the same discs as Europe, as was "usual" with PAL DVDs coded for regions 2 and 4?
