Doom 3 Cheats please?

I've tried the old school Doom/Doom 2 ones but they don't work

. I need:

1. GOD mode
2. All weapons
3. Unlimited Ammo

I am stuck on DOOM3 myself

I am on the boss fight in Hell after I got the Cube, the bloody beast wont die! arrrgghhh, I know how to kill him but I aint got enuff firepower left, grrr!

Great game too, I may get the expansion pack

I do know theres cheats out there, I will check asap.

I've found the cheats but to get them to work you must enter some console by typing:

Ctrl + Alt + ~

Doing this does bugger all for me.

As for the game I finally got around to trying it last night and so far it feels more like Unreal than Doom. Unreal was an excellent game but I want Doom, where as you have no puzzles (this doesn't) but have hundreds of monsters for your blood. Doom 2 especially was so crazy like this is it was awesome. It annoyed me I had to walk through 1.5 levels before anyone attacked me.

Bloody hell you need a powerful PC though. I currently have it on "High Quality" at 640x480 and it's not to bad. It works better at 1024x768 in Medium Quality but looks no where near as nice. There is no way it would work at Ultra Quality I'm not even going to try.
