Thank you. I wasn't going to work my way through 22 pages was I ;)

In The Line Of Duty III
Tiger Cage
Tiger Cage II
Tiger Cage III

Interest me. All HKL own the rights too but still haven't released them :(

Duh! Of course! But I don't just have a list of titles in a row. I have the titles in Chinese with catalogue numbers and cast lists, etc. And you have to copy the whole database not just a single column so if I pasted it would be an absolute mess unless I spent ages editing it (which I'm not going to because no there's no need). The original link was removed but Muldoon left his text post. I didn't know he had.
You could e-mail the file to me!!!
Yeah, that I could do. It actually never occured to me.
Anyone would think the "secret" file belongs to the KGB.
Well, I may have to poison you at some stage.
I don't give a Scooby doo what's on the non-remastered Database list. Non-remastered no interest for me.
Then there's nothing left to say. And that's a pretty dumb attitude if you ask me. Loads of important films are on that list.
You think there's come back when I spend my time browsing Google for all the lovely vouchers I post?
Not really sure what you're on about... but all I'm saying is that the list was removed which made me think maybe it wasn't supposed to have been posted in the first place. Companies place a lot of trust in Muldoon and I didn't want to spread around a list that would damage his rep. I didn't realise he'd left a text version so it must be OK.
There is a good portion of members who benefit from them but I could sod all benefit out of posting them. I say be a team player ;)
You don't know what you're talking about as usual.

HKL didn't have TC3 when I asked, probably not ITLOD3 either.

There was an unofficial list but no real confirmation.

Nope, not for Image. IF IVL comes out with it, it will be the same uncut version, first time ever on video. Part 2 is FAR better than part one. Way more horror elements and not as goofy. It has a Hammer horror sort of feel to it. The old version released in the US and later bootleged is nearly unwatchable it's cut so badly. This is one of the more solid "classic" sort of horror films that the Shaws made IMO.

Sounds good, Linn. Will keep an eye out for that one. If not for Image... can I ask who for? Is there another US company buying these up?

Pity. So release TC and TC2 then!

Exactly loads, loads more than I could ever see.

So has anyone bought Eastern Condors JS? It's here:

£8.99 before vouchers: http://www.cd-wow.com/detail_results_2. ... de=1855277
http://www.dddhouse.com/v3/product_deta ... uctID=6277

I'd like to know if it's in sync, like everyone else.

EDIT: I see the Mono is a down-mix from that ADVDG link above but am still possibly interested. So is it in sync? (DD5.1 and Mono).

He's got a point though.

Joy Sales tried, but they got miserable in the end.

I didn't. 8)

Yeah, I believe Crime Story and Zu have original mono.

But Eastern Condors, The Prodigal Son, Heart of Dragon and City Hunter are remix-fucked (and perhaps more...?)

I've already bought it twice.

Now I'm waiting for the HK Vidéo edition. :D

Now I'm just "that weird french guy with a cat avatar who comes to BnB once a year for no reason and then disappears again".

And the HKL is upmixed :D , doesn't that count itself out? I'd just like to know if the audio (any mix) is in sync?

If so I'd pick it up over the HKL.

HKL's is an upmix from original mono - reasonably faithful to the original

Joy Sales is a downmix from a 5.1 track with tons of anachronistic, innappropiate new sounds

I have the HKL and though it's censored it'll have to do for now

I know I was being pedantic ;)

I'd still give it ago as the PQ is so much better, the R1 is out of the question though as it's out of sync.

As anyone over at Asian DVD Guide said anything about it? I don't browse there so don't know how to best navigate it.

Not much comment at the ADVDG... everyone lost interest as soon as word came back it was downmixed.
